Logan Mitchell is a Philosophy PhD Candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill whose research explores how attention, emotion, and institutional norms shape moral and political life, with a special focus on the ethical dimensions of mindfulness. Their work bridges ethics, social and political philosophy, and Buddhist philosophy. As a mindfulness teacher, Logan integrates contemplative practice with ethical reflection to emphasize the transformative potential of living a mindful life.
