BPMH needs your support now!

BPMH is the only program at U of T where students engage in deep and sustained study of the science, histories, practices, and global Indigenous cultures associated with mindfulness and other contemplative practices.

Why has the University of Toronto suspended our program?

Join a Town Hall to discuss the status and future of the BPMH program, organized by the Buddhism & Psychology Student Union, with BPMH Program Director Frances Garrett, BPMH faculty, the BPSU executive team, and EASE Lab fellows.
