“Meaningful Attentiveness to the Environment in Psychological Interventions”

Honour Stahl, MA, Environment and Sustainability

More about our speakers:

Jeff Newman is the College Librarian at New College. His work as a librarian has covered many areas of the information ecosystem, from digitization projects to information literacy and online pedagogies, emerging forms of scholarly communication, digital humanities projects, and more recently work on large language models, bias, and their implications for the University and society in general.

Honour Stahl (she/her) is a recent graduate of the Master of Environment and Sustainability program at the University of Toronto. Her research explores attentiveness to the natural and social environment in environmental psychology, focusing on Nature-Based Therapy interventions. Her leadership and work with environmental non-profits further ground her practice in intersectional, community-based knowledge translation that supports both environmental and social wellbeing.
